Alejandra Lombardo
Director

Alejandra joined the BridgeArgentina team in 2007. Originally from San Justo, Argentina, she brings with her a strong background in education and community service. Alejandra obtained her Masters degree in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Northeastern, she also participated in an exchange program with the Universidad del Salvador.

Alejandra has taught in the US and Mexico, and worked in school coordination and management for over four years prior to her arrival at BridgeArgentina. She has also participated as a volunteer and translator in the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico. Alejandra is trilingual, speaking Spanish, English, and French, as well as some Italian and Portuguese. Known for her high energy, she loves to travel, ride horses, and dance—especially salsa and merengue. Alejandra is ready to welcome students and volunteers to Buenos Aires!

Bruno Pazzi
School Coordinator

Bruno joined BridgeArgentina in 2008. He was born in the city of Bahía Blanca and came to Buenos Aires to study sociology at the Universidad del Salvador, where he is now finishing his thesis and will soon obtain his degree. Bruno has taught English to adolescents and has volunteered in many institutions, working with both children and the elderly. He speaks excellent Italian due to his family’s heritage, and enjoys speaking other languages as well.

Bruno is an avid reader, especially of works by the Colombian writer Gabriel García Márquez, and loves music and art, which he attributes to growing up in a family of artists. He enjoys meeting and getting to know people from different places, and hopes that everyone who visits Buenos Aires enjoys the city as much as he does. Don’t hesitate to ask Bruno for help during your time at our school, as he will be more than glad to assist you

Romina Fracassi
Office Assistant

Romina was born and raised in Barracas, one of the oldest barrios of Buenos Aires. She studied biochemistry at the University of Buenos Aires, and worked as a volunteer in the Analysis Laboratory of one of the best children’s hospitals in the city. She loves spending time with her husband, her 4-year-old son Lucas, and her friends. Romina currently manages administrative matters and is in charge of bookkeeping at BridgeArgentina. She also enjoys planning fun and interesting activities for everyone at the school. She is always willing to help you practice your Spanish, so be ready to chat—en español!
