Next to the church, you can find the Recoleta Cemetery, considered the most important in the country because of the architecture of its monuments and vaults.

Esperando la Carroza

4 PM to 6 PM

Mamá Cora is about 80 years old and she has three sons and a daughter. Unfortunately, she lives with the one who is in the worst economic position. One day, all the members of the family have a reunion to celebrate an anniversary. In the middle of the whole thing, two awkward questions come out of nowhere: ¿Who's going to be Mamá Cora's heir? Who is going to take care of her during her last days in this world? The answer is not easy and it doesn't take too long for the members of this bizarre family to start a terrible and yet hilarious fight. However, in the middle of the whole thing, they're interrupted by some disturbing breaking news...Mamá Cora killed herself!

Excursion: La Boca

In the 50’s, one of the neighbors, Arturo Cárrega, intended to recover the lands where a stream had initially passed and then the railway had been built. He shared his idea with the painter Benito Quinquela Martin. They decided to baptize the 100-meter-long street under the name of Caminito in homage to the popular tango song written by Peñalosa and Filiberto in 1926.
